The Myst by CDL Aries at Bukit Panjang MRT Station and Cashew MRT Station Former Tan Chong Industrial

The Myst Condo CDL is a new development from City Developments Limited (CDL) Aries, has been situated in the centre of Bukit Panjang and Cashew. This enormous project has been awarded to the company via two adjacent plots over at 798 and 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road, northwest Singapore’s Tan Chong industrial park. The property of 16,620 square metres (178,900 square feet) has been zoned for residential use and with a plot ratio of 2.1, the developer is allowed to build a project up to 24-storeys top.

For the past few years, the city-state has been focusing on revitalizing the Bukit Timah area with a variety of plans to enhance accessibility and add more lush zones to the neighbourhood.
